Catherine Lang

Ms. Lang held a number of senior executive positions at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) including 6 years as the Director of Europe, Africa & Middle East Region – Office of International Affairs, 10 years as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Airports, and as the Director (4 years) and Deputy Director (3 years) of FAA’s Office of Airport Planning and Programming.

Remy Lucette

Remy Lucette, PMP, CM joined Ricondo in 2009 and since then has assisted with several airport master plans, for which he has analyzed airfield, terminal, landside, and airspace operations.

Darrin McKenna

Darrin McKenna has more than 20 years of experience in airport landside transportation planning, traffic engineering and design, operational analysis, traffic simulation, and intelligent transportation systems.

Cemeron Modjeski joined Ricondo in 2021 and has 15 years of experience in long-range airport planning, design, finance, and operations, emphasizing master planning and on-call planning.

Pete Ricondo brings nearly 30 years of comprehensive experience in airport planning, programming, and conceptual design, having conducted master planning work for Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, Sarasota-Bradenton, Jacksonville, and Dallas Fort Worth International Airports, among others.
