Christen Hemphill has nearly 20 years of experience in aviation planning, with a focus on managing as-needed services contracts and leading multidisciplinary planning projects. Her expertise spans terminal, landside, airfield, environmental, and sustainability studies. Christen currently serves as project manager for Ricondo’s ongoing planning services contract with the Port of Seattle, where she coordinates terminal planning activities in support of the Airport Modernization and Development Project. She has also served as project manager for long-range planning and advisory services at Dallas Love Field since 2012, including the 2015 Master Plan Update, passenger demand sensitivity analyses, and community outreach through the Good Neighbor Program. Most recently, she led the Van Nuys Airport Vision Study for Los Angeles World Airports, helping define future land-use strategies aligned with LAWA’s long-term goals. Christen is known for her ability to lead complex projects, coordinate diverse technical teams, and maintain strong working relationships with airport stakeholders.
