Steven Ryan has over 25 years of experience in airport planning and development, with expertise in master planning, terminal planning, benefit-cost analysis, and strategic advisory services. Since joining Ricondo in 2007, he has led major initiatives at some of the nation’s busiest airports, including on-call planning programs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Charleston International Airport. His work encompasses a wide range of planning efforts—from terminal and airfield planning to property strategy and operational analysis. Steve has played key roles in planning efforts at O’Hare, Dallas Fort Worth, Miami, Washington Dulles, and Salt Lake City International Airports. He is based in Ricondo’s Atlanta office, where he oversees staff and coordinates client engagements across the Southeast.
