Since joining Ricondo in 2010, Justin has led a wide range of airport planning initiatives for major hub airports across the United States and internationally. His experience includes airport master planning, landside transportation and curbside analyses, terminal and airfield planning, aviation demand forecasting, airspace analysis, and commercial development strategy. Building on more than a decade of prior experience as both an aviation consultant and an airport employee, including five years as Senior Airport Planner for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board, Justin brings a well-rounded understanding of airport operations, stakeholder coordination, and the challenges of delivering projects in active airfield environments.
 
Justin has a strong track record of guiding projects from early concept development through implementation at both domestic and international airports. His work focuses on developing solutions that address operational complexity, customer service goals, constructability, and cost considerations. Internationally, he led the Airport Master Plan Update for Dublin Airport and managed on-call and master planning services for Abu Dhabi International Airport, helping plan for significant passenger growth and complex operational demands. Across these efforts, Justin consistently balances long-term strategy with practical, implementable solutions in dynamic airport environments.
