Bryan O. Elliott has over 30 years of public-sector senior leadership experience, and over 10 years of airport consulting experience in the private sector. His background includes negotiating airline use agreements and rental car concession contracts, performing rates and charges modeling, preparing bond feasibility studies, and developing and administering FAA Airport Improvement Program grants as well as passenger facility charge programs. Bryan has extensive experience in airport master planning, benchmarking analyses, general aviation/Fixed Based Operator business planning, lease negotiations, strategic business plan development, and preparing financial analyses in support of airport capital improvement plans. Bryan's work with Ricondo was preceded by 23 years of experience in airport management and 7 years of senior-level management with a county government in Virginia.
