Laura Holthus has over 20 years of aviation experience, including airport planning, project and program management, airport management, strategic planning for capital program implementation, and coordination with airport operations, air traffic control, and stakeholders at a wide range of airports. She is particularly adept at listening to clients and stakeholders, and tailoring delivery teams to provide the expertise needed to identify and solve complex airport planning challenges. Laura has assisted airport planning and capital development teams with strategic visioning and gap analyses leading to broad-ranging projects, from detailed terminal facility plans, to ground transportation initiatives and strategies, to detailed airside implementation planning for major capital development projects. Additionally, she has held numerous management responsibilities as a regional aviation staffing lead for her previous employer, while also serving as project manager or technical lead on planning assignments or on-call consulting services, including planning efforts for Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County, Dutch Harbor Unalaska, Great Falls International, Seattle-Tacoma International, Paine Field/Snohomish County, and Vancouver International Airports. Internationally, she has experience in the Middle East (Dubai, Kabul, and Baghdad International Airports), Brazil (Viracopos International Airport), South Korea (Osan Air Base and US Army Garrison Humphreys), and India (Hindan Air Force Station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airport, and Kempegowda International Airport).
