Ricondo is pleased to host the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) and Rates & Charges Workshops in Baltimore, Maryland, October 12 through 14, 2021. Aviation experts and strategists from Ricondo will be presenting sessions and moderating panels for both workshops. The presentations and panels will focus on a variety of topics, including the following: the Federal Aviation Administration’s perspective on PFCs; the preparation of a PFC application; the fundamentals of rates and charges; the application of airport federal stimulus funds to rate-making models; the current strategies for maximizing non-airline revenue, such as from rental cars and food and beverage; and the current trends related to airport–airline relationships.
