Shane Ingolia

Career Path

As a new recruit, Ricondo leadership within the firm’s Orlando office provided Shane with a clear understanding of the quality and completeness of delivering consulting services with a high regard for client expectations. These learning opportunities extended to Shane’s experience with other client projects, including long-term strategic facility planning for Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and on-call staff extension support for Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. As Shane has shared, “These experiences definitely elevated my career in an exciting but unexpected way with Ricondo.”

In his role in Orlando, Shane participated in numerous on-call and master planning tasks for various Florida clients. This was new and rewarding work for him that built upon his existing skills. Shane received additional support from Ricondo to relocate his family from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale in 2019.

Shane has been an integral part of Ricondo’s Florida offices, where he has spent a tremendous amount of time training new hires over the last 8 years. More recently, Shane led an effort to build out a new Ricondo office in East Orlando as the firm continues to expand within the state. Shane’s own experience as a new hire has inspired him to lead junior colleagues and help them grow and succeed. He feels rewarded by this work: “These same folks are now teaching me every day!”
