Anderson D. V. Bannard has experience in bond feasibility studies, financial modeling, financial forecasting, and data analysis. He has performed a variety of complex financial analyses for the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) related to the implementation of the Terminal Area Plan (TAP) at O’Hare International Airport. Mr. Bannard continues to work closely with the CDA and performs regular updates to the O’Hare International Airport multi-year rates and charges model. He has also performed several rate-impact analyses for airline majority-in-interest reviews at both O’Hare and Midway International Airports. Mr. Bannard is currently leading the development of a bond feasibility model for an undisclosed large hub airport. Prior to joining Ricondo, Mr. Bannard conducted the financial analysis and prepared the financial projections for Austin-Bergstrom International Airport’s 2019 issue of new money and refunding bonds. Additionally, he has also supported the preparation of feasibility reports at Boston Logan ($455 million) and San Francisco International Airports.
