Mark Richter has more than 15 years of experience providing a broad range of planning and advisory services for airport clients in the United States and Europe. Mark is experienced in managing and preparing master plans, airfield and terminal studies, implementation phasing plans, airport layout plans, and transactions associated with airport asset. He has managed or been involved in several master plans for Chicago O'Hare International, Tampa International, Denver International, San Francisco International, Phoenix Sky Harbor International, and Dublin Airports. Mark has also worked on airport planning studies for Keflavík International, El Paso International, Las Vegas McCarran International, London Stansted, and Manchester Airports. He has also served as a lead researcher and panel member on projects for the Airport Cooperative Research Program of the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies. Mark is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
