Maintaining an Adequate Workforce to Continue Serving Our Client Needs
Ricondo is taking all necessary steps and procedures to facilitate uninterrupted delivery of services to our clients worldwide. Many of our team members will be temporarily working from home to minimize exposure to and potential spread of COVID-19 by reducing public commutes and the number of people assembling in offices. Ricondo has the necessary infrastructure in place to enable staff to work remotely, which is supported by our ability to conduct client meetings via teleconferencing. Ricondo will ensure all ongoing client needs are serviced effectively, and the Firm is committed to ensuring our usual support to your business.
Ricondo is allowing telework for all team members, but for some offices these steps are merely precautionary for the protection of our team members, their families, our clients, and our communities. Ricondo team members are still available for critical meetings and can meet in-person as necessary, and of course team members are always available by phone, videoconference, and email.
