Max K. Kiesling, Ph.D., a Director at R&A, presented at the 2012 Transportation Research Board’s 91st Annual Meeting on January 23, 2012. His presentation was titled "Airport Strategic Planning: Balancing Capital Investment and Revenues".

Peter C. Stettler, a Director at R&A, will be presenting at the 29^th Annual National Federation of Municipal Analysts Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 17-20.

In December 2011, John P. Lynch, R&A Director, authored an article discussing nonaeronautical land development which was included as one of R&A’s “Point-to-Point" newsletters. These newsletters provide information on issues of importance to the airport industry.  

Colleen E. Quinn, a Vice President at R&A, presented at the 2011 NEPA and Planning Workshop hosted by the ACI/ACC/FAA in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 5 – 7. The title of her presentation was “Uncertainty and its Impacts on Planning – Alternatives Development and Project Timing”.

Mark R. Johnson, AICP, a Director at R&A, will be presenting at the 2012 American Planning Association’s National Conference in Los Angeles on April 14-17.  His presentation, scheduled for May 15 from 7:15-8:30 a.m., will be on Smart Growth and Airport Land Use Compatibility.

Garfield S. Eaton, a Senior Vice President at R&A, presented on methodologies for measuring airport and airline operating and delay costs to the at the 2011 20th Annual National Conference and Exhibition hosted by the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) in San Diego, California, October 16.
