Mark has 20 years of experience providing a broad range of planning and advisory services for airport clients in the United States and Europe. He is experienced in managing and preparing master plans, airfield and terminal studies, implementation phasing plans, ALP updates, capital expenditure assessments, and due diligence services associated with airport assets. He has served as project manager for master plans, airport capacity, and business planning analyses for Denver International, Dublin, Keflavík International, O’Hare International, Phoenix Sky Harbor International, San Francisco International, Tampa International, London Stansted, and Manchester Airports. He has also served as a lead researcher and panel member on apron planning and airport data projects for the Transportation Research Board's ACRP.
