Given the uncertainties facing the aviation industry today and the dynamic nature of airline operations, airport plans must address foreseeable facility needs, providing sufficient flexibility to accommodate unanticipated changes while accommodating the airport operator's and the local community's long-range goals and objectives. Ultimately, the true test of any plan is the airport operator's ability to implement it in a financially feasible manner and achieve the desired results. Ricondo & Associates provides general/on-call consulting services on an as-needed basis to address specific projects and provide focused technical assistance. These services are typically provided through multiyear contracts and, if necessary, include the designation of a local office to facilitate client interaction and coordination. In many cases, Ricondo & Associates staff members serve as extensions of client staff to augment the resources available to our clients on a day-to-day basis.
